Janitorial services typically occur after-hours and include comprehensive cleaning tasks. Day porter services provide on-site coverage during business hours for immediate cleaning needs, restocking, and maintaining appearance throughout the day.

For commercial spaces, we typically recommend stripping and waxing every 6-12 months depending on traffic levels. High-traffic areas may need it quarterly, while lower-traffic areas can go annually. We’ll assess your specific needs during consultation.

Yes, we provide one-time deep cleaning for move-ins, move-outs, post-construction, or special events. However, most of our clients find that regular maintenance programs provide better value and results.

Insurance & COI

Yes, we carry comprehensive general liability insurance with coverage depending on contract requirements. We also maintain workers’ compensation insurance.

You can request a COI through our contact page, by calling 978-310-7678, or by emailing your account manager. COIs are typically provided within 24-48 hours and can be sent directly to your property manager or insurance provider.

Yes, we can add your property or organization as an additional insured on our policy. This is a standard requirement for many commercial properties and we accommodate it at no extra charge.

Compliance & Safety / SDS

Yes, we maintain current SDS for all cleaning products we use. These are available upon request and can be provided to your facilities team or safety coordinator.

Yes, all team members undergo comprehensive background checks before assignment. We also maintain documentation of training and certifications.

All team members receive training in proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling and safety, equipment operation, customer service, and your facility-specific protocols. Ongoing training and certifications are maintained.
