If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

VM Services Professional Clean provides professional cleaning services for both residential homes and commercial properties (including retail stores and offices). The specific scope of work, frequency, and pricing will be outlined in an individual estimate, quote, or service agreement provided to the client prior to the commencement of any work.

2. Booking, Cancellations, and Lockout Policy

We value the time of our staff and our clients. When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Therefore, we enforce the following cancellation and access policies:

  • Standard Cancellations (More than 48 hours): You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment without any penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a late cancellation fee. For residential services, this is typically a flat fee of $75.00. For commercial and retail services, or large deep-cleaning jobs, the fee is 50% of the total estimated service cost.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Any cancellation made on the same day as the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Lockout / No Access Fee: If our cleaning crew arrives at your home or retail location at the scheduled time and cannot gain access (e.g., doors are locked, no one is present to let them in, wrong passcode provided), you will be charged a “Lockout Fee” equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This compensates our team for their lost time, travel expenses, and inability to service another client.

3. Use of the Website

Unauthorized use of this website (including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized copying of content, or transmitting malware) is strictly prohibited and may give rise to a claim for damages.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Massachusetts.
